The escape group AG ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy sets forth how we collect and use your information when you use our mobile application, "the escape outdoor" (the "App"), an outdoor escape game. In order to provide the core features of the App, we use GPS technology to collect, track and store your location data in real time. Your location data is used to display your position on the in-game map, discover game items nearby, and track your progress in the game.

This data may include information such as your mobile device's internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity in our App and store certain information. Cookies are files containing a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can set your browser to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
